Friends of Metro Theater joins League of Historic Theaters

Through the leadership of our Board President Craig Sumberg, The Friends of Metro Theater organization joined the League of Historic American Theaters. LHAT was founded in 1976 and is a non-profit organization with the main purpose of sustaining historic theatres across North America for the benefit of their communities and future generations. We are proud to be a member of this national organization in our quest to save and restore Metro Theater on the Upper West Side.
